Located west of Casey, this large deck girder bridge crosses the South For Middle River along White Pole Road.
Built in 1899, this bridge consists of two deck plate girder spans, set onto concrete substructures.
No plaque could be located on the bridge, however a date stamp exists on the downstream side of the pier.
Overall, it appears that the bridge is in fair condition, as the substructures have begun showing age. No alterations have been made to the structure since the original construction.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
